Policies

Cancellation
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged a $25 fee; after two no-shows a deposit is required to book.
Late arrivals
Please arrive within 10 minutes of your drop-off time. More than 15 minutes late may mean we have to shorten or reschedule the appointment.
No-shows
No-shows are charged $25. After two no-shows we require a deposit for future bookings.
Payment
Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or cash at pickup. New clients put a card on file at drop-off. Prices are starting prices; final price is confirmed at drop-off.

What do you need before my dog's first appointment?
For a new dog we need: your dog's name, breed and approximate weight, age, proof of a current rabies vaccine (a photo of the certificate or your vet's name is fine), when they were last groomed, and anything we should know about temperament — especially any history of biting or being muzzled. Puppies need their second round of vaccines. If your dog has a bite history or a medical condition, a groomer will call you before we book.
How is pricing decided? Why does it say "starting at"?
Prices are starting prices by size. The final price is confirmed at drop-off and depends on coat condition (matting, undercoat), behavior, and any add-ons you choose. We always tell you the price before we start.
My dog is matted. Can you still groom them?
Usually yes. Severe matting can't be safely brushed out, so we may need to shave the coat short — we always put your dog's comfort first (humanity over vanity). De-matting adds time and $15–$40 depending on severity. A groomer will call you to talk it through before the appointment.
How long does a groom take?
A full groom is about 1.5 to 2.5 hours depending on size and coat; a bath and brush is 45 to 75 minutes; a nail trim is 15 minutes. We'll text or call when your dog is ready.
Do you groom cats?
No — dogs only. We can recommend a cat groomer nearby if you call us.
